    This book was so informative concerning my questions about insulin resistance diabetes. I loved the recipes and they are sooo easy to do. Usually I never make anything from diet books, but these were extremely delious & appealing for me & guests. I found Jane’s diet tips & visualizaion technique a great way to stop me from over eating .I especially liked being able to eat Kedem tea bisquits with tea a real treat & something to look forward to. If you stick to this diet plan you will never feel deprived & wanting that little something to give you a boost to get you through the tough parts of the day ( or night time horrors of no good food ) If you have a sweet tooth this is perfect!!! I highly recomment this book for a life style change that won’t upset your way of life & do what they say WALK .

    I’ve been hunting for a diet that my husband and I can really stick with and can hopefully help us make some long-term healthy changes. This may be it. Those no- or low-carb/high protein diets never seemed appealing or realistic for the long term. What’s wrong with variety, anyway? The philosophy of this book seems sensible and health oriented — I’m psyched to give it a try. And I’m looking forward to trying the recipes, too. They’re not complicated and seem like they’ll keep us from getting bored. Wish us luck.

    Just got the book and read it cover to cover!!! Will be starting on the plan June 1!!!! For the first time I feel inspired and able to knock off those 40 pounds- and keep them off.
